Withdrawal policy – Digital products (Meinstream Reseller Edition Vendor Shop)
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Important note for digital content
When ordering in the vendor shop, you expressly agree that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires (provision of license key, download and immediate usability where applicable). You confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Sec. 356 para. 5 German Civil Code).
In practice this means: after successful payment and activation in the customer account, there is no right of withdrawal in the sense that the digital service could be reversed without the access already having been used.
Withdrawal before activation
If activation has not yet taken place, you may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion of the contract by email to infodssell@gmail.com or support@chic-in-style.de.
Consequences of withdrawal (where applicable)
Refund of payments already made without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days via the same payment method (Stripe).
