We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS).
3. Shop account / registration
We process among others: name, company, address, phone, VAT ID, email, password hash, KYC documents (B2B), preferred language, login times.
Purpose: customer account, order processing, support, legal obligations.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract), lit. c (legal obligations), lit. f (operation/security).
4. Orders / payment (Stripe)
Order data, amounts, license keys, payment status. Payment data is entered directly with Stripe.

5. Installation credentials (optional)
Customers may voluntarily submit access data (domain, SSH, store logins, server admin) in their account so we can support installation. This data is visible only to vendor support, not to other customers.

7. Retention
Data is deleted when the purpose ceases and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. tax law up to 10 years for invoice data).
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, complaint to a supervisory authority.
